The Christians, harried by a bombardment of traditionalist, were in danger of being drawn back into a system of works rather than the grace of Jesus. No longer was His grace and mercy enough, but saddled by guilt and a conscience that brought accusation and condemnation, the Spirit reminds of how Christ was offered for us, His blood cleansing us from the lies of the world. Today, we may be tempted to forego His freedom and instead choosing with going through the motions, rather than the sweet communion He desires to have with us. Today, choose life in and with Christ.

Women's Prayer - Happens this Saturday the 11th, here at the chapel at 7:30 a.m. Join the men for worship, and then break off with the other ladies in the overflow for a time of prayer.
Don't Take a Prayer Need Home With You - Right after the service, men and women are available to pray for any need you may have. Don't leave church without receiving prayer.

Lahaina Recovery - Continue to keep in prayer the people of Lahaina and for the entirety of Maui. Long term effects and status of rebuilding, housing for the displaced, job recovery and financial ramifications all come into recovery efforts.
River of Life Mission - Continue to keep the ROLM in prayer during their ongoing outreach into the community. Keep the staff as well as the guests and ministry partners in prayer.
California Wildfire - Continue to pray for the many families affected by the fires.
East Coast - Continue to pray for the ongoing hurricane relief work on the east coast.
Pray for the peace of Jerusalem - As the Middle East heats up, pray for the nation of Israel along with all of those in this region who have come to the knowledge of Jesus Christ as Lord and Saviour.
