- "Ananiah carried out repairs besides his house..." Nehemiah 3:23
- "Above the Horse Gate, the priests carried out repairs, each in front of his house." Nehemiah 3:28
- "After them Zadok carried out repairs in front of his house." Nehemiah 3:29
- "After him, Meshulam the son of Berechiah carried out repairs in front of his own quarters." Nehemiah 3:30
What did these men have in common? Was it the luck of the draw, that they ended up working around their homes? Or was it that they had a vested interest in making sure the strength and integrity of their homes. More than likely, they had a longing that their families as well as their homes were well fortified in the Lord. You see they realized the value that God posed as He surrounded His people, not only with walls and gates, but within the homes which contained the precious treasure of His people.
"but as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord." Joshua 24:15

Women's Prayer - Happens this Saturday the 11th, here at the chapel at 7:30 a.m. Join the men for worship, and then break off with the other ladies in the overflow for a time of prayer.
Don't Take a Prayer Need Home With You - Right after the service, men and women are available to pray for any need you may have. Don't leave church without receiving prayer.
Prayer Points
Lahaina Recovery - Continue to keep in prayer the people of Lahaina and for the entirety of Maui. Long term effects and status of rebuilding, housing for the displaced, job recovery and financial ramifications all come into recovery efforts.
River of Life Mission - Continue to keep the ROLM in prayer during their ongoing outreach into the community. Keep the staff as well as the guests and ministry partners in prayer.
California Wildfire - Continue to pray for the many families affected by the fires.
East Coast - Continue to pray for the ongoing hurricane relief work on the east coast.
Pray for the peace of Jerusalem - As the Middle East heats up, pray for the nation of Israel along with all of those in this region who have come to the knowledge of Jesus Christ as Lord and Saviour.
