"Iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another."
The chefs knife swiftly and deftly slid up and down the sharpening steel with amazing speed. The user brought it to a pleasant rhythm of steel striking and sliding up and down against the tool. All this to insure a smoothing out of microscopic imperfections on the blade imperceptible by the human eye. All this for an instrument of righteousness fit for use in the Master's hand. We believers, as we come against adversity, trial, temptation are being sharpened up as we interface one with another. Painful at times, but all for the glory of God.

Women's Prayer - Happens this Saturday the 11th, here at the chapel at 7:30 a.m. Join the men for worship, and then break off with the other ladies in the overflow for a time of prayer.
Don't Take a Prayer Need Home With You - Right after the service, men and women are available to pray for any need you may have. Don't leave church without receiving prayer.

Lahaina Recovery - Continue to keep in prayer the people of Lahaina and for the entirety of Maui. Long term effects and status of rebuilding, housing for the displaced, job recovery and financial ramifications all come into recovery efforts.
River of Life Mission - Continue to keep the ROLM in prayer during their ongoing outreach into the community. Keep the staff as well as the guests and ministry partners in prayer.
California Wildfire - Continue to pray for the many families affected by the fires.
East Coast - Continue to pray for the ongoing hurricane relief work on the east coast.
Pray for the peace of Jerusalem - As the Middle East heats up, pray for the nation of Israel along with all of those in this region who have come to the knowledge of Jesus Christ as Lord and Saviour.
